Your own cat scratcher range, made on our floor.
We develop and manufacture cat scratchers under your brand: logo application, custom packaging, dimensional changes, printed artwork and new shapes built from your drawings.
OEM programmes start at 500 pcs. Sampling runs 7–15 days and volume production typically 20–25 days after sample approval. Because the tooling, board and wrap lines are dedicated to scratchers, a custom run does not queue behind unrelated pet products.
How a custom programme runs
Four steps from your brief to a shipped production run.
We keep the process fixed so quotes are comparable and lead times are predictable. Every custom order follows the same path, whether it is a colour change or a new shape.
Send your reference sample, drawing or artwork together with target quantity and destination market. We return a quotation with MOQ, sampling cost and lead time. Once sampling is approved and the deposit is confirmed, production is scheduled and pre-shipment inspection runs before packing.

Process
From enquiry to shipment.
A fixed sequence keeps quotes comparable and lead times honest. No step starts before the previous one is signed off.

Step 1 — Brief
You send
Reference sample, drawing or artwork, target quantity, destination market and any packaging requirement. A photo of the current product is enough to start.

Step 2 — Quotation
We return
Unit price, MOQ, sampling cost, lead time and incoterms. We flag anything outside our capability here rather than after the order.

Step 3 — Sampling
7–15 days
A physical sample made to your specification. Production only starts after you approve it in writing; artwork and colour are locked at this point.

Step 4 — Production
20–25 days
Volume run with in-process checks and a pre-shipment inspection before packing. Shipping documents follow your nominated forwarder or ours.
